DH Ramban starts facility of Laprolisation surgery

Ramban: The District Hospital Ramban has started Laprolisation surgery as the procedure was successfully conducted on two women, here Saturday .
Gynaecologist Dr. Dinesh Kumar, assisted by Dr. DV Singh conducted the surgery affirming that the local women willing to undergo Laprolisation will not have to move to out of the district or wait for a camp for the same.
According to the Medical Superintendent, District Hospital, Ramban, Dr. Hameed Zargar earlier the Laprolisation surgery was conducted at Laprolisation camps causing much inconvenience to women due to huge rush.
“Now women will not have to wait longer for the Laprolisation and will get this facility every week” he said and added that for this special facility, Dr. Dinesh was imparted special training in Jammu.
He added that this facility would help in promoting family planning in the district.
