TDF hails Dir Tourism (K) for organising tourism festival at Setharan Khag

Budgam : Tosamadian Development Fourm has hailed Director Toursim’s initiative to organise the Grand Tourism Festival at Sethran Khag Tosamadian in collaboration with District Administration Budgam , TAAK, Tosamadian development fourm and other Stakeholders of Tourism
Tosamadian Development Fourm in a statement issued on Wednesday welcomed Director Tourism’s initiative to organise the grand event at worlds most attractive destinations , saying that this is positive step by G. N Itoo Director Tourism of kashmir to pay heed to long pending demand. Awareness is the key to develop a successful tourism destination.
We are very grateful to Director tourism , DC Budgam , Farooq Kuthoo president (TAAK) and Rouf Trumbo for organising a festival at Tosamadian. We believe on the development long term vision ,and the setting of goals , objectives and measurable outcomes can be highly valuable in brining the key stakeholders together ,sharing knowledge , ideas and concerns and helping to raise awareness generally in the wider community said Gulzar Ahmad Advisor TDF .
In 2014, when the people’s movement got the victory and the Tosa Meidan became free, so it is quite obvious that people now have some expectations from the government for their livelihood and dignified life . On behalf of common people, Tosa Meidan Development Forum demands
As Government has initiated comprehensive Survey to explore new tourist destinations, Tosamadian the unique among the all tourism destinations of kashmir with pristine beauty having the vast land . The ultimate meadows and the waterbodies of the valley if explored on the world Map , it can bring about a new revolution for the economy of entire UT. Said Sheikh Gh Mohiuddin.
Training programmes, workshops/seminars/ conferences/ symposia for people associated with tourism industry with special focus on eco tourism, culture & heritage. Government must adopt Tourism related policies, schemes, ideas to encourage the Tourism trade in the state with due consideration to Jammu & Kashmir’s heritage & culture said Bhat Riyaz
