Jammu: Software Engineer, Sachin Padha from Jammu has expressed gratitude to Lieutenant Governor of J&K, Manoj Sinha for acknowledging his suggestion related to establishment of Governance System for Complaint Management on a single platform.
Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, in this month’s episode of “Awaam ki Awaaz” radio programme, voiced valuable insights and suggestions received from the general public.
During the program which was aired recently on all local & primary channels of All India Radio (AIR) in J&K and broadcasted on the Channel DD Kashir, the Lt Governor connected with the people and dedicated this month’s episode to all those citizens who are working for the betterment of the society, and emerged as role models for others.
In his address, the Lieutenant Governor made a special mention of the suggestions received from Sachin Padha regarding strengthening of the complaint management system to improve governance in J&K.
The Software Engineer said it was very proud moment for him that Lieutenant Governor mentioned his name in the programme. “I am extremely thankful to Manoj Sinha sir that he made special mention of my suggestions during the Awaam ki Awaaz programme and took it as a feedback”, Sachin Padha said.
The Software Engineer said that there should be a single platform for complaint management for better governance. “One single system should be established with a dedicated department which can route the complaints received to different departments for effective redressal”, Sachin said.
While appreciating the Awaam ki Awaaz programme of LG’s Administration, Sachin said that it is a unique initiative started by Manoj Sinha sir through which a common citizen can raise his/her grievance directly with Lieutenant Governor
