Assessment camps for specially abled to be held from 1st Dec, at B’pora

B’pora : The Department of Social Welfare Bandipora is going to organise Assessment camps at different places in Bandipora district for distribution of aids and appliances.
According to the District Social Welfare Officer Bandipora, the department is conducting these assessment camps from December 01. He said for Bandipora and Bonakoot Block, camp shall be organised on December 1 at MFI Bal-Ashram Ajar Bandipora while for Arin, Aloosa and Hajin/Naidkhai blocks, the camps shall be organised on December 02, December 03 and December 04 respectively at respective BDO offices.
The camp for Sumbal and Nowgam shall be held at Tehsil Social Welfare Office Sumbal on 6th December while for Ganastan Block the camp shall be organised at BDO office Ganastan on December 7th.
DSWO Bandipora has appealed to the specially-abled persons to attend the said camps for registration so that aids as per needs are provided to them.
