Awantipora : In a bid to commemorate the adoption of Constitution of the independent India, Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST)Friday organized an event which was attended by Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Deans, officials, HODs and staff members of IUST.
During the event, the participants administered the Preamble to the Constitution and paid tribute to all the great legends who worked tirelessly for formulating the Constitution.
During the event, Vice Chancellor IUST Prof. Shakil Ahmad Romshoo emphasized upon all to unite with the goal of eliminating poverty, discrimination, exploitation, starvation, sickness and disease, and creating an atmosphere of simple and peaceful living.
He said that the Indian Constitution has given us our rights with our responsibility and duties and every individual must perform their duties and responsibilities which automatically provide their rights. COVID’19 SOPs were strictly followed during the event.
