He said after repealing the Farm Laws , it was an opportune time for the Centre to bring flexibility in its policy towards Jammu and Kashmir and restore all Constitutional guarantees to Jammu and Kashmir to win hearts and minds of the people .
PDF Chairman urged the Centre to sincerely embark on the path of dialogue and reconciliation with all the genuine stakeholders of Kashmir imbroglio to address it’s both internal and external dimensions for the good of people . He said prevailing political instability has badly retarded economic and developmental pace in Jammu and Kashmir adding that holding of Assembly elections to install a popular government was need of the hour to provide much needed respite to the common people from the bureaucratic neglect .
