Dec 11 National Lok Adalat: DLSA Ramban invites interested litigants to register cases

Ramban :As directed by National Legal Services Authority and U.T. of J&K LSA, District Legal Services Authority Ramban is organizing a National Lok Adalat on December, 11, 2021 for Pre- Litigation and Post- Litigation cases to reduce the pendency of cases in courts.
The Lok Adalat is being held under the guidance of the Principal District & Session Judge, Haq Nawaz Zargar, who is also the Chairman District Legal Services Authority Ramban .
All the litigants/ general public interested to settle his/her dispute/Case pending in the Court or which is still to be instituted at pre-litigation stage in the said National Lok Adalat amicably through conciliation and mediation he/she shall approach to the concerned Court and get fixed his/her case/cases or contact PLVs at nearby Legal Aid Clinics who will help them how to apply to the concerned authority for settling their disputes in the said National Lok Adalat.
The pre-Lok Adalat sessions for settling the maximum cases/dispute efficiently shall be held between the parties on Nov 22 to Dec 10, 2021
The cases including Criminal Compoundable Offence; NI Act cases under Section 138; Money Recovery cases; MACT cases; Labour disputes cases; Electricity and Water Bills, Matrimonial disputes , Revenue cases, Other civil cases etc will be heard in the Lok Adalat .
