Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav: DIC G’bal organizes mushaira at Town Hall

Ganderbal:The District Information Centre (DIC) Ganderbal in collaboration with Karwan-e- Adab Dab Tuesday organised a Mushaira at Town Hall here under Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav.
The event was hosted under the guidance of District Information Officer Ganderbal, Afaq Rasool Gadda.
The event was witnessed by hundreds of locals and Media fraternity who enjoyed the event held with due adherence to Covid Appropriate Behaviour.
The Mushaira was presided over by renowned poet Syed Abbas Jawhar.
Various poets of the district participated in the mushaira who recited their poetry which enthralled the audience.
In his welcome address, Syed Abbas Jowhar expressed gratitude to the District Information Centre Ganderbal for inviting poets for the Mushaira.
District Information Officer Ganderbal, thanked all the participating poets and audiences for making the program a success. He said that the District Information Centre will continue to organize such Mushairas for the encouragement of poets of the district.
