Srinagar / Nov.18:-   While thanking LG Manoj Sinha for ordering a magisterial probe into the cold blooded murder of civilians in Hyderpora encounter , Chairman People’s Democratic Front (PDF ) Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen has observed that instead ,  a time bound judicial  investigation into the gruesome killings should to be undertaken by a sitting High Court Judge to make it impartial . He said magisterial inquiries held in several such cold-blooded murders of  innocent civilian in some earlier  encounters  have not been upto the expections of the people adding that the common men have lost faith on such face saving investigations . He has also demanded that the dead bodies of all the civilians killed in the incident should be
exhumed  in Handwara  without any delay and handed over to their families for last rites.
In a statement issued on Thursday Hakeem while demanding a time bound inquiry on the Hyderpora encounter by a sitting High Court Judge ,has demanded that the bodies of slain persons should be immediately  handed over to their families for their last rites .He said when the  police version itself admits that civilians were killed in crossfire so what was the reason that their dead bodies are not handed over to their families .
He said repeated incidents of civilian killings during encounters in length and breadth of Jammu and Kashmir has created a sense of insecurity ,fear psychosis  and alienation among the common people .
Hakeem has urged the centre to take early measures to stop killing of innocent civilians in encounters and cross firing incidents adding that Security forces should be made accountable for any civilian killing  to safeguard lives of common people. He has also made a fervent appeal to all the political parties and civil society groups to raise above their individual party agendas and join hands to ensure protection and security to the common people . He said enough blood of innocents has spilled over  the roads of Kashmir and their should be end to this naked dance of death and destruction now.
