Jammu: More than 50 Gymnasts attended the two day long selection trials for the forthcoming 56th Junior National Artistic, 25th Rhythmic National Gymnastic Championship and Khelo India Youth Games held at New Indoor Sports Complex, Maulana Azad Stadium here.
An official communique said that more than 50 Gymnasts in Men and Women categories from different parts of Jammu and Kashmir attended the Junior National Artistic, Rhythmic National Gymnastic Championship and Khelo India Youth Games to be held at MA Stadium Jammu and Haryana respectively.
The performance was observed by the panel of expert Coaches headed by S.P Singh and Krupali Singh in close supervision of the selection committee nominated by the Gymnastic Association of J&K.
The trials were conducted under the supervision of officials of Gymnastic Association of J&K and Ashok Singh – Divisional Sports Officer, J&K Sports Council, Jammu.
The selected probables will attend a 15 day coaching camp under the nominated experts at Maulana Azad Stadium Jammu.
