AYUSH and ICDS Tuesday celebrated 6th National AYURVEDA Day here in the premises of Mini secretariat Kishtwar.
The program started with the welcome address by District Nodal officer Ayush, Dr Taraq Hussain. Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishori Lal Sharma was the Chief Guest.
Medical Officer Dr Monika Sharma Medical Officer Dr Juneed Iqbal and besides Mosin, Health and Nutrition Mobilizer spoke on the relevance of National Ayurveda Day and Poshan respectively.
Later, Nutritional kits were distributed among 150 beneficiaries, staff and locals in the presence of the Chief Guest.
Meanwhile, the AYURVEDA Day was also celebrated by all the AYUSH dispensaries of Kishtwar.
