Budgam: While terming the recent spate of killings in Kashmir very unfortunate, Minister for Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abas Naqvi Thursday said that assailants will be brought to justice sooner or later. He said the attackers will be tracked and punished.
While talking to reporters on the sidelines of a function at Doodhpathri Budgam, Naqvi said that protecting members of minority communities is the “national duty” of Government of India and those killing members of minority community in Kashmir will be tracked down and punished sternly.
“Those killing innocent members of minority community in Kashmir want to put a break on the ongoing development. Wherever the killers are hiding, they will be tracked down and punished,”.
He said they will ensure full protection to the minorities in Kashmir.
In response to a question Naqvi said that development in Kashmir is going on at full pace and BJP is in touch with people and working for their benefits.
