Srinagar: A Block Development Council (BDC) member from Wasumarg area of Rajpora in Pulwama district has consumed some poisonous substance at EDI Pampore after which she was hospitalized.
An official said that the female BDC member from Wasumarg Rajpora presently accomodated at EDI Pampore consumed some poisonous substance.
He said that she was shifted to SDH Pampore for treatment, where her condition is said to be stable.
The official said that the cause of her taking this extreme step is said to be some controversy with her husband
