Khari Zone Girls win Kho-Kho, Zone Batote Kabaddi

Ramban:Inter -zone district level Kabaddi and Kho-Kho competitions being organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports are in full swing in Ramban.
On the fifth day Kabaddi and Kho-Kho events for girls under all age groups were conducted at Government Higher Secondary School in which 195 girl students from different zones of the district participated.
In Koh-Kho, Zone Khari defeated Zone Banihal and Gool in the 14 and 17 year age group, while Zone Ramban defeated Zone Banihal under 19 age group.
Similarly in Kabaddi zone Batote defeated zone Banihal and Ramban in 14 and 17 age groups while, zone Banihal defeated zone Ramban in the under 19 age group.
The School Principal, Ranjay Kumar was the Chief Guest on the occasion who encouraged the students to take part in games and sport activities for their overall development.
The events were conducted under the overall supervision of District Youth Services and Sports Officer Ramban, Dharamvir Singh.
