Srinagar: Two Corona positive patients died while 105 fresh COVID positive cases were reported in the Jammu and Kashmir during the past 24 hours.
However, there was no new case of mucormycosis in the Union Territory (UT), an official spokesman said this evening.
He said one each COVID positive patient died in Kashmir and Jammu on Sunday.
He said 105 new positive cases have been reported— 16 from Jammu Division and 89 from Kashmir Division—during the past 24 hours.
However, 119 more COVID-19 patients have recovered– 19 from Jammu Division and 100 from Kashmir Division.
He said no new confirmed case of mucormycosis has been reported today in the J&K where a total of 46 confirmed cases have been reported in the UT of J&K till this evening.
He said Srinagar district recorded highest 41, including five travelers, positive cases which was 31 less than yesterday when it was 72. This was followed by Baramulla 13, Ganderbal 11, Badgam and Bandipora six each, Anantnag five, Kulgam four and Kupwara three. There was no fresh case in Shopian, he said.
