Deputations, Individuals call on Advisor Baseer at Civil Sectt

Srinagar: Several deputations and individuals Thursday called on Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Baseer Ahmad Khan at Civil Secretariat here and raised various issues of public importance pertaining to several departments.
The Advisor while interacting with the deputations assured that the issues projected by them would be resolved in a time bound manner. He said that instructions already stand passed to all the departments and officers to ensure that people have smooth access to availability of basic amenities. He also said that directions have been passed to ensure that the implementation of various developmental initiatives are paced up.
The Advisor met deputations and individuals from Srinagar, Ganderbal, Sopore, Anantnag and other areas who raised several issues related to Industries, PDD, Panchayati Raj, Rural Development, Tourism, Floriculture and other sectors and sought intervention of the Lieutenant Governor’s administration for early redressal.
A delegation of employees of Lakes and Waterways Development Authority met the Advisor and projected several issues and sought their redressal. Similarly a delegation of people from Sopore raised various developmental issues of their locality. Likewise several individuals also raised their matters related to various sectors. The Advisor assured them that all of their genuine issues would be looked into for time-bound redressal.
