Sringar: Advisors to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar; Farooq Khan and Baseer Ahmad Khan have extended their warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
