JK BOSE celebrates Independence Day in Jammu

Jammu: 75th Independence Day was celebrated by JKBoSE with patriotic fervour and enthusiasm by hosting an impressive function attended by all the officers and officials. Prof. Veena Pandita, Chairperson, JKBoSE hoisted the Tricolour at Jammu Division headquarters in presence of the Secretary JKBoSE, Manisha Sarin.
In her message, Prof. Pandita greeted all the Officers/Officials and urged them to maintain and further grow the five thousand years’ old coveted Indian ethos and values of commitment, truthfulness, fraternity feeling and harmony amongst various classes, races and communities to create a better India. “We must perpetuate and propagate all these values for our progeny so that they can look back at their heritage and traditions with a sense of pride,” she added.
Meanwhile, the fortnight-long Cleanliness Drive organized by JKBoSE during the Swachhta Pakhwada from 1st to 15th August 2021 concluded here after a host of activities. The drive was launched by Prof. Veena Pandita, Chairperson JKBoSE in presence of Manisha Sarin, Secretary JKBoSE at divisional headquarters, Srinagar. All other officers and officials stationed at both the divisions viz. Jammu and Srinagar participated in this drive.
During the Swachhta Pakhwada all the divisional level sections and Sub /Branch Offices of JKBoSE across J&K conducted individual cleanliness drives to make their surrounding clean and litter free. All the employees were seen enthusiastically engaged to make their surroundings clean.
