DDC Chairperson G’bal lays foundation stone of Vocational Center, Inaugurates ISM Sub centre

Ganderbal: The District Development Council (DDC) Chairperson Ganderbal, Nuzhat Ishfaq Saturday laid foundation stone for several works and also inaugurated ISM Sub center at Chanthan Gulabpora.
During the visit the DDC Chairperson was accompanied by District Nodal Officer AYUSH, DBO Lar and other concerned.
The DDC Chairperson laid the foundation stone of the Vocational Center at Chanthan Gulabpora Lar which will be constructed at the cost of Rs 10 Lakh.
After laying the foundation stone, the DDC Chairperson said that the Vocational centre will empower the underprivileged section of society and will benefit the unemployed youth of the area as they will be trained here once it gets completed and will facilitate employment opportunities for them.
Meanwhile, Nuzhat also inaugurated ISM Sub Center for first aid and patient care at Chanthan Gulabpora Lar.
After inaugurating the ISM Sub Center, the DDC Chairperson took stock of facilities available at the Centre. District Nodal Officer AYUSH briefed the DDC Chairperson about the facilities and medicines available at the Sub Center.
Later, she also laid the foundation stone of various developmental works around Ziyarat Shah Sadiq Qalandar (RA) at Lar.
