Jammu: J&K Bank Thursday commissioned one more Automated Teller Machine (ATM) at Jindrah in Jammu.
The Bank’s Zonal Head Shareesh Sharma inaugurated the ATM in presence of Cluster Heads Vijay Kumar and Abdul Rashid Mir amid a gathering of valuable customers, elected public representatives, senior citizens and local residents besides other officials of the bank.
Speaking on the occasion, the Zonal Head said that the purpose of increasing the ATM network is to realize the Bank’s commitment of making the basic banking services easier, affordable and accessible for people of J&K irrespective of their location and status.
“I hope this on-site ATM will serve commuters besides local residents and help in improving the customer services at the nearest business unit by reducing the footfall of customers”, he added.
The residents hailed the Bank’s role and thanked its leadership for installation of ATM.
