Srinagar: A 22-year-old youth on Thursday allegedly committed suicide in Warpora Village of Tangmarg in North Kashmir Baramulla district.
Official sources said that the youth hanged himself inside his room in the wee hours Thursday.
They said that his family members immediately rushed him to a nearby healthcare facility, however, he was declared dead on arrival there.
Meanwhile, a police official said that Tangmarg police have taken cognizance of the incident and have registered a case in this regard. He said that further investigation has also been taken up
