Shopian: On the directions of Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, one Contractor namely Aijaz Ahmed Mantoo has been blacklisted from execution of any kind of work of Rural Development Department (RDD) Shopian with immediate effect.
As per an official communiqué it has been given out that the said Contractor has been blacklisted from carrying out any works of RDD after the same person was found tarnishing the image of the Administration by spreading misinformation.
