Refund of GP: DDs asked to furnish list of NPS subscribers

Jammu: Drawing and Disbursing Officers of Jammu Province have been asked to furnish the list of NPS subscribers to facilitate the refund of GP fund accumulation to them
In a communiqué, the Fund office has invited the Attention of all Drawing and Disbursing Officers of Jammu Province to the Government No.153-F of 2021 dated:- 05.05.2021, issued by the Finance Department where under it has been ordered to refund the G.P. Fund accumulation to the NPS subscribers in two installments. In this context, Drawing and Disbursing Officers were asked to provide the list of NPS subscribers on their establishment in the prescribed format to the concerned fund office for issuance of DDO wise authority.
However most of the Drawing and Disbursing Officers have not come forward to provide the list of their NPS employees to the concerned Fund Office as a result lot of NPS subscribers have not received their 1st Installment. All the Drawing & Disbursing Officers are again requested to submit the list of NPS subscribers on their establishment on the format devised by the Fund Office immediately to the concerned Fund Office for issuance of authority in favour of their NPS employees.
