Kashmir Markaz Adab-w-Saqafat organises 2 days National Seminar on 25th death anniversary of Late Shabaz

Srinagar:- Kashmir Market Adab-w-Saqafat, Chrari Sharif in association with Shahbaz Cultural Trust,Handwara organised an impressive Two days National level seminar to commemorate 25th martyrdom of (death anniversary ) of Prominent kashmiri poet , teacher,writer and social reformer,Late Ali Mohammad Shahbaaz.
On this occasion, Shabaz Memorial Award was presented to famous Eulogist of the state Abul Hassan Farouqi and A. H. Fani, Chief education officer, Kupwara for his outstanding performance in the field of education.
The award presenting ceremony ( off-line) of the seminar , held at Hotel Shahanshah Boulevard srinagar yesterday , was chaired by prominent write Prof. . Mohd Zaman Azurda .
President Adbi Markaz Karan, Mohd Amin Bhat, former SSP Bashir Ahmad Makhdoomi (Shaheen ) and Nazir Qureshi Ibne Shahbaz also shared the presidium.
A galaxy of about fifty prominent literary personalities,writers and poets from across the country participated in the off-line and on – line sessions of the scintillating seminar and paid their rich tribute to Shaheed Ali Mohd Shahbaaz. They said that late Shabaz was an extraordinary bold writer and social reformer who never compromised on the sacred values of morality,truthfulness and ground reality while precisely penning down untold miseries confronting the society in his poetic expressions.
The speakers who paid homage to late Ali Mohd Shahbaaz included Prof Mohd Zaman Azurda, Prof.Shaad Ramzan,Dr Ab Aziz Hajini, President Adbi Markaz Karmraz , Mohd Amin Bhat,Prof Shoab Inayat Malik, Ab Ahad Hajini, Fayaz Tilgami, Syed Akhtar Hussain Mansoor, Gh Rasool Josh, Sagar Salam, Mrs. Santoosh Shah Nadaan, Ehtisham Batool, Robina Qureshi Rutba , Yunis waheed, Badur-ud-Din Muqeem, Gh Nabi Adfar, Media Secretary Mushtaq Mehram, Ali Ahsan, Arusa Ashraf, Molvi Bashir Ahmad Naaz, Abid Bukhari, Bashir Chirag, Yasmeen Shah Aabdi, Gh Rasool Sadoori, Mr Manshoor Banihali, Nazir Qureshi Ibne Shahbaz, and
Farooq Wani, Editor in chief, English daily Brighter Kashmir.

President of the Kashmir Markaz Adab-w-Saqafat, Dr Gazanfar Ali presented welcome address. Inayat Gul, Secretary, Markaz Adab-w-Saqafat conducted proceedings of the seminar in a brilliant manner. He presented an exhaustive and thought provoking paper on the life and literary contribution of Late Ali Mohammad Shahbaaz.
Urdu Daily ‘Tameeli Irshaad ‘ English daily ‘Brighter Kashmir’ , Kashmiri News paper ‘ Sangarmal’, Alamdar Media Persons and other literary organisations also rendered active cooperation for holding the Seminar.
Inayat Gul extended vote of thanks to various media organisations including
Door Darshan, News 18 urdu ( etv) , Gulistaan news channel, Shaherbeen, KNS, CNS and print media for media coverage of the event.
