Rajouri:Vice Chancellor Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Rajouri, Prof. Akbar Masood visited the School of Biosciences and Biotechnology and interacted with the Research Scholars. On the ocassion, The Vice Chancellor was appraised that soon after the necessary instructions regarding opening up of Campuses for Lab based reserach were issued by the Govt. and other regulatory authorities , a good number of research scholars of the School of Biosciences and Biotechnology had joined their respective labs and have been working on various reserach projects . The Vice Chancellor appreciated the reserch scholars for making publications in the Journals of international repute and encouraged them for doing the research with right zeal, even in this time of pandemic.
Prof. Akbar advised the scholars to come up with cutting edge research in the latest areas of study for the greater benifits of mankind and act as a catalyst for improving the research perception and visibility index parameters of the varsity.Prof. Akbar assured the research scholars that BGSBU will facilitate in every possible manner to promote research activities.
On the occasion the Vice Chancellor advised the scholars of other departments to join their respective labs after getting vaccinated and fulfilling other Covid-19 protocols. The Vice Chancellor was accompanied by senior faculty members and officers of the University.
