Srinagar/July,1 : Senior trade union leader of Kashmir, Aijaz Ahmad Khan Thursday expressed his gratitude to Director FCS&CA Dr Abdul Salam Mir for hearing him and his associates on long pending demands .
Khan while praising the dedication and capabilities of Dr. Abdul Salam mir said that the immediate consideration of issues pending for a long time would be projected better by Dr Abdul Salam Mir for immediate resolution .
Khan said the issues that were raised during the meeting include inadequate allotment of food grains, timely disbursement of Commission Bill’s to Fair Price Shop Dealers, insufficient Loading/unloading cost, over burdened Storekeepers, having charge of more than two Ration Depots and release of Wastage of food grains at par with the other states and union territories of the country .
A statement quoted Aijaz Khan as saying that Director FCS&CA Deptt assured consideration all the issues and assured their settlement in a time bound manner .Aijaz Khan expressed gratitude to Director FCS&CA Dr Ab Salaam Mir for assurances on all genuine issues left unresolved so for. . Aijaz Khan was accompanied by Manzoor Ahmad Ishbari who has offered vote of thanks to the Director at the end of the meeting.
