During the inspection, ACR Bandipora inspected various business establishments to check if the CAB is being followed at these places including use of face masks. He also inspected the shops of essential services to verify if the rate list has been displayed and being followed by the shopkeepers.
Several violations were found during the inspection and a fine to the tune of Rs 10,000 was realized from the erring traders and the violators of Covid SOPs. He interacted with the shopkeepers and pedestrians and urged them to adopt Covid appropriate behavior to ensure their own safety.
He also urged the general public to cooperate with the administration for the larger public interest and ensure strict adherence to Covid-19 SOPs to save themselves, their family and the whole society from deadly coronavirus.
While interacting with the owners of various business establishments, the ACR stressed them to ensure that no customer is given entry in their shops who are unvaccinated.
He said anti Covid Vaccination and Covid Appropriate Behavior is the only weapon with us to defeat Covid-19 pandemic and make us strong enough to fight the expected 3rd wave of Covid-19 as predicted by health experts.
