Budgam: The District Development Commissioner, Budgam on Monday facilitated Rahil Nabi Shaikh a resident of Khaipora Khansahib, Budgam who has secured 100% scholarship in the prestigious Georgetown University Washington D.C, USA for a 04 year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science by providing him a Certificate of Appreciation and a Cash Prize.
This gesture of appreciation is aimed to reach out to the educated youth and to tap potential from the District.
