COVID-19 SoPs enforcement teams recover Rs 1.31 lakh fine from violators in Ramban

Ramban: Taking strict action against the violation of Covid safety protocols in the district, the enforcement teams Wednesday recovered Rs. 1, 32 Lakh fine from the violators
Continuing the drive to implement Covid protocol in the district, the Enforcement teams fined scores of violators for roaming without wearing face masks and not maintaining physical distance, especially at tourist spots of Patnitop, Sanasar and Dagantop etc.
The Enforcement officers also urged the people to wear face masks and maintain physical distance besides taking Covid vaccination doses at their nearest CVC.
Keeping in view the apprehension of resurgence of Covid infection, the District Administration has ordered the Enforcement teams to take strict action against violators.
Meanwhile, as many as 1274 persons were administered first and second Covid vaccine doses across Ramban district on Wednesday.
As per daily bulletin issued by the Chief Medical Officer, Ramban, Dr. Mohammad Fareed Bhat, the Health Department collected 1347 samples including 210 RT-PCR and 1137 RAT samples besides administering Covid vaccine to 1274 persons at dedicated Vaccination Centres in the district.
