Assault case solved by Poilce station Miran Sahib Jammu,5 accused arrested : Police

Jammu/ June,16 : Police in Jammu on Thursday said that police station Miran Sahib Jammu has solved an assault cases and also arrested five accused in this connection. Police has also recovered the recovery of some sharp edged weapons from the accused .
In a statement issued on Thursday police said “a complaint was lodged in PS Miran Sahib by one person namely Kirpal Singh father of victim Hardev Singh R/O Khour Deonian Tehsil R S Pura who stated therein that some miscreants attacked his son with sharp edged weapons and injured him”.
Stating that case FIR No. 69/2021 U/S  341/323/147/148/IPC 4/25 Arms Act was registered at Police Station Miran Sahib Jammu and started investigation, police in it’s statement further said ”  on this special police teams of P/S Miran Sahib under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura  Shabir Khan were constituted. and the team led by SHO Police Station Miran Sahib Inspr. Mirza Sultan after connecting the various leads rounded up a suspect namely Amarjeet Singh S/O Mohinder Singh R/O Kadyal tehsil R S Pura on whose confession section 307 IPC was also added”.
Police  in it’s statement  also said that during sustained questioning, accused revealed names of four other accused involved namely Amandeep Singh S/O Ranjeet Singh, Gurdeep Singh S/O Yashpal Singh, Kamaljeet Singh S/O Swaran Singh and Gagandeep Singh S/O Ranjeet Singh all residents of RS Pura, who were also arrested and on their disclosure two sharp edged weapons were recovered from their possession.
