Srinagar: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Farooq Khan has condoled the sad demise of former DIG of J&K Police, Bashir Ahmad Malla.
In his condolence message, Advisor Farooq Khan recalled his close association with the deceased while both of them were working in the police department. He added that the deceased was an upright officer who always performed his duties professionally and diligently.
Advisor Khan said that the deceased was a competent and devoted officer whose services will be remembered for a long time in the department.
Advisor Khan while expressing sympathy and condolences with the bereaved family also prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and courage for the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
