26 KAS officers transferred, 2 others re-designated as DGs

Srinagar/ June, 17 : Jammu & Kashmir Government on Thursday ordered transfers and postings of  26 officers of Jammu & Kashmir Administrative Services and also  re-designated Hashmat Ali Khan and Aijaz Ahmad Bhat as Director Generals in view of their  promotion to the Super Time Scale ordered on 16th April this year . The transfers and posting ordered by the General Administration Department are listed below:

!) Rukhsana Gani, Inspector General of Registration, J&K , is transferred and posted as Chairperson, J&K Special Tribunal, Sarita Chauhan, IAS, of the additional charge of relieving the post.

2) Rehana Batul, under orders of transfer as Commissioner, Survey and Land Records, J8&K, with additional charge of the post of Secretary in the Revenue Department, is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Public Grievances, relieving Simrandeep Singh, IAS, of the additional charge of the post.

3)Amit Sharma,  Special Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest,Ecology and Environment, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, JaKeGA, relieving Simrandeep Singh, IAS, of the additional charge of the post.

4) Nazim Zai Khan, Director, Industries and Commerce, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Secretary in the Skill Development Department.

5) Narinder Singh Ball, , Additlonal District Development Commissioner, Pulwama, Is transferred and posted as Secretary in the Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment.

6) Majid Khal Ahmad Drabu, , Managing Director, J&K CableCar Corporation, is transferred and posted as Controller, Legal Metrology, J&K.

7) Mohammad Akbar Wani, Controller, Legal Metrology, J&K, is transferredand postedas Managing Director, J&K Cable Car Corporation.

8) Rifat Arif, Special Secretary to the Government, Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens, is transferred and posted as Secretary in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.

9) Sheikh Arshad Ayub Special Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, is transferred and posted as Inspector General of Registration, J&K.

10) Farooq Ahmad Shah awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is postedas Secretary in the Housing and Urban Development Department.

11) Kusum Badyal awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is postedas Special Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department

12) Mohammad Harun, Managing Director, SIDCO,is transferred and shall awalt further orders of posting in the General Administration Department. Atul Sharma, Managing Director, SICOP, shall hold the charge of the post of Managing Director, SIDCO, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

13 ) Sajad Hussain Ganai, Director, Skil Development, J&K, is transferred and shall await further orders of posting Administration Department.

14 ) Surat Singh, awaiting orders of adjustment in the GeneralAdministration Department, is posted as Executive Director, J&K Entrepreneurship Development Institute.

15 ) Sudershan Kumar, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Director, Skill Development, J&K

16) Ashok Kumar Pandita, Additional Secretary to the Government, Information Department, under orders of transfer as Additional DistrictDevelopment Commissioner, Ramban, shall continue at his present place of posting.

17) Choudhary Mohammad Rashid, JKAS, Additional District Development Commissioner, Poonch, is transferredand posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens.

18 ) Rajinder Kumar Sharma, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Reasi, is transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Ramban.

19) Bharat Singh, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Accounts), Jammu, is transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, State Taxes (Tax Planning, Policy and Advance Ruling), against an available vacancy.
Abdul Sattar, Deputy Labour Commissioner (Central), is transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Poonch.

20) Abdul Aziz Sheikh, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, is transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Pulwama

21) Amarjeet Singh, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Deputy Excise Commissioner (Accounts), Jammu.

22) Mushtaq Ahmad, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian

23) Inam-ul Haq Sidiqui, JKAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Gulmarg, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Information, Kashmir o

24) Abdul Star, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chenani, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Reasi.

2^) Parvaiz Ahmad Nalk, Sub-Registrar, Chenani, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chenani. He shall hold the charge of Sub- Registrar, Chenani, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

Further, Hashmat Ali Khan and Aijaz Ahmad Bhat promoted to the Super Time Scale Jammu & Kashmir Administrative Services in  terms of Government Order No. 340-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated 16.04.2021, shall continue  to be at their present places of postings as Director Generals
