Following excessive use of toxic substrates especially polythene are exposed in free space which will lead to serious consequences. These hazardous wastes disturb the life span of different species and agricultural production. As of June 05 is observed as World Environment Day and it reminds people across the globe to preserve and protect the environment in which we are living. Poisonous squander is the possibly hazardous side-effect of a wide scope of exercises, including producing, cultivating, water treatment frameworks, development, research centers, emergency clinics are even noticeable all around. The waste might be fluid, slime, overwhelming metals, pathogens, or different materials. Indeed even family units create dangerous waste from things for example polymer bags, pesticides.Poisonous waste can hurt individual’s creatures and plants regardless of poisons for example mercury and lead continues on the earth for a long time and aggregate after some time. People or natural life frequently retains these poisonous substances when they eat aquatic organisms. There are dozens of diseases that spread through water and affect human health. Water is Almighty Allah’s gift and we should not pollute it further. Squander tossed into water will more than likely discover out into the freshwater. A significant part of the waste will appear on coasts numerous miles away. Indeed, even the immaculate artic has been dirtied by plastics. According to Indian constitution Article 51-A (g) which deals with fundamental duties of the citizen’s states, that it is a duty of every citizen to protect and improve the natural environment including forests, lakes, rivers, and wildlife and to have compassion for living creatures.Following the growth massive industrialization that boosted the corporate sector across the globe and provided people amble of opportunities, for businesses, trade, and commerce. When we talk of protecting the environment, it should be started from the ground level. I have started aware people in my native village, Yadipora Hyderbeigh Pattan in district Baramulla, barely 33 kilometers from summer capital Srinagar towards North Kashmir. In our village people are exposing toxic wastes open and dumb them near the banks of water bodies. It will erode the fertility of the soil and also infects the quality of water through various bacteria. During summers, bad stink emits for these garbage points and it is the need of the hour to stop such activities. Many catchments areas or villages completely rely on these water bodies and it should be stopped at the earliest. The people practicing pitting in open space degrades the genetic pool of eco-friendly micro insects. Actually, these eco-friendly bacteria help farmers and vegetable cultivators a lot by improving tissue growth, especially in leguminous plants.
The organic wastes can be easily dumped underground and later can be used as manure for our fields. Despite the use of the excessive amount of polythene bags, try to use synthetic bags to protect the natural environment. Everyone understands that clean water is vitally important. Yet, many things we do can contribute to water pollution in different ways by disposing of toxic Chemicals properly, minimum use of plastic and plant more trees.
They absorb nitrogen from the atmosphere, or extract nitrogen from the soil. Leguminous plants need nitrogen for their survival. Hence the bacteria supply nitrogen to bacteria which in turn maintains ecological cycles. But people are demolishing the natural phenomenon, by exercising excess consumption of polymer. Most people are dumping their organic material in the public domain especially near agricultural sectors, rivers, lakes, etc. Heaps of garbage are found in our village and women are collecting their indoor wastes altogether, without separating organic and inorganics materials. There is need to focus on these critical issues in rural areas and aware of these toxic wastes. People take these things seriously unless it will make things horrible for us and our environment. Here are some points by which we can preserve and protect water bodies from further degradation and pollution. As large a chunk of the population is associated with horticulture in north Kashmir villages mostly with apple which contributes a large chunk to the economy of Jammu and Kashmir. The apple growers should collect their plastic bags as well as plastic bottles while spraying chemicals or pesticides to gardens. The owner of the orchard must pay highly emphasis on this matter to stop such things and make sure that his action should not pollute the environment. This toxic grade substrate will collapse the ingredient flow of nutrients, which will definitely restrain plant growth. We have to address and counsel our people and discourage outdoor dumping of waste.
