Srinagar/June,14 : The Jammu & Kashmir Government on Monday ordered the placement of six Section Officers as Incharge Administrative Officers as a stop gap arrangement
An order issued from the General Administration Department reads “Sanction is hereby accorded to the placement Section Officers of the Heads of Department cadre as Incharge Administrative Officers in their own pay and grade for a period of six months or till the vacancies available in the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Officers (Gazetted) Service are filled up on regular basis, on the recommendations of the DPC/ PSC, whichever is earlier”. Following are the sectional officers upgraded as I/C Administrative Officers:-
1. Syed Mohammad Shah presently posted at the Office of the Chief Engineer, Public (R&B) Department, Kashmir
- Sunita Devi presently posted at the Directorate of Sericulture Dev Department Jammu
- Seema Gupta Anil Kumar Mehta presently posted at Directorateof Horticulture,Jammu
- Anil Kumar Mehta presently posted at the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu
- Tsering Yangskit presently posted at the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Leh
- Seema Rani presently posted at Town Planning Organization, Jammu
The order further reads “the above arrangement is madepurely in the interest of administration on stop-gap basis and shall not confer any preferential right upon above Section Officers for promotion as Administrative Officers, as and when the promotions are considered on regular basis and shall be subject to the outcome of writpetition(s), if any, pending before competent court of law”.
