Kupwara: The Vice Chairman, District Development Council (DDC), Kupwara, Haji Farooq Ahmad Mir Tuesday convened a meeting of concerned officers and PRIs to ensure better coordination among themselves vis-à-vis implementation of various developmental schemes in the district.
On the occasion, the Vice Chairman urged the PRIs to rise above the party bias and work religiously on the ground for overall development of this district. He sought their cooperation for mitigation of Covid-19 situation in the district.
Meanwhile, various Sarpanchs apprised the chair about the developmental issues of their respective panchayat halqas. The Vice Chairman assured them about the resolution of their genuine issues.
ACD Kupwara, Mehraj-u-din Shah, BDOs and Sarpanchs and other concerned attended the meeting.
