JKPCC President Ghulam Ahmad Mir while commenting on the price hike across the country has said petrol, diesel prices rule   new highs across the country after they were hiked dozens of times in a month, causing huge inconvenience to people, who found it difficult to purchase petrol or diesel to run their vehicles or motor bikes.
