Shopian: The Block Development Officer, Keller, Shakoor Ahmed Thursday visited various Panchayats Halqas of Keller to oversee the process of establishment of the Covid Care Centres (CCCs) in various Panchayats.
The BDO visited Panchayats of Zawoora-A, Shadab Karewa-B, Manloo, Narapora, Mashwara, Zampathri, Krala-check, Barthipora and Wathoo Panchayats.
While inspecting the joint Covid Care Center established at these Panchayats, BDO took stock of Covid care beds established so far including Oxygen facilitated beds put in place for the covid affected patients, besides all basic requirements. He said that each CCC in the panchayat has been established with 5 bedded facilities, full of patient care facilities and other necessities.
Covid Care Centres set up in these Panchayats were well equipped and the centers have been established in a feasible environment suitable for patients.
He asked the concerned to ensure all requisite facilities to the patients if and when admitted in these CCCs and stressed for providing each and every possible help to them on priority basis so that they might not feel any kind of inconvenience.
While speaking on the occasion, District Panchayat Officer, Shopian, Tariq Ahmed said that Covid Care Centres (CCCs) have been established in all the 98 Panchayat Halqas of the district with 5 bedded facility in each panchayat Halqa to facilitate the COVID related patients.
