NOPRUF to pay tributes to covid warriors who died of covid-19 in the line of duty

Srinagar: National Old Pension Restoration United Front (NOPRUF) under the leadership of B P Rawat is going to pay tribute to covid warriors who died of covid 19 in the country during the pandemic while performing their duties. National President NOPRUF B P Rawat in his statement has said that all the NPS (New Pension Scheme) employees will observe 1st of June as Shradhanjali Diwas for those who died of Covid 19 during the pandemic. The scheduled time for Shradhanjali is 8:00 pm on 1st of June 2021. NOPRUF J&K President Gulzabair Daing has supported the call and has asked all the NPS employees of Jammu and Kashmir to observe 1st of June as Shradhanjali Diwas for Covid warriors.
National President BP Rawat has said that all the NPS employees belonging to different religions would pray in their own religious way for all those who have lost their lives during the pandemic. NPS employees of the country have been asked to light a candle at the scheduled time on 1st of June to pay tribute to all the deceased. Pertinently NOPRUF is a national level organization of employees falling under new pension scheme, who are demanding restoration of old pension scheme (OPS).
