GDC Marh hosts Online awareness prog on appropriate psychological behavior in COVID-19

Jammu: Government Degree College Marh, under the aegis of Azadi ka Amrit Mahostava, and in collaboration with Psychological and Career Counseling Cell Wednesday organised one Day online Awareness programme regarding Appropriate Psychological behavior in COVID-19, here under the supervision and guidance of Prof. Aekta Gupta, the College Principal.
The program started with the formal welcome of the Resource Person Dr. Shaveta Bhagat, Sr. Psychiatry in GMC Kathua, Health and Medical Department, by Prof. Aekta Gupta, Principal of the College.
The Resource Person Dr. Shaveta spoke at length about the appropriate behavior manners and tips for overcome the stress and developing a positive attitude amid the pandemic. She also gave tips on physical exercises, healthy diet, proper sleep etc.
The proceedings of the programme were conducted by Sachin Bhagat, Convenor Azadi ka Amrit Mahostava and Vote of thanks was presented by Asha Kumari, Convenor of Psychological and Career Counseling Cell. The technical support was provided by Shallu Gupta, HOD Computer Applications
All Staff Members, NSS Volunteers and Student of the College participated in the online program.
