Srinagar: National Conference President, Member of Parliament from Srinagar Dr. Farooq Abdullah and party’s Vice President Mr. Omar Abdullah and Chairman J&K Peoples’ Democratic Front (J&K PDF) Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen on Tuesday expressed profound grief over the demise of Senior BJP leader, and Former Union Minister Prof. Chaman Lal Gupta.
Condoling the demise of Gupta the National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah and National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah paid tributes to the deceased leader and recalled his contribution as an MLA, Member Parliament and union minister. They also expressed unison with the grief-stricken family, followers, and admirers of his in their hour of grief.
Chairman Jammu & Kashmir Peoples’ Democratic Front and former Minister Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen has condoled the demise of former Union Minister of State Prof Chaman Lal Gupta. In a condolence statement issued on Tuesday Hakeem recalled the contributions of Prof Chaman Lal Gupta both as a parliamentarian in the Lok and as well as a legislator in the erstwhile Jammu & Kashmir State Assembly. He also expressed his sympathies with the bereaved family .
