Jammu : Navin Aggarwal an IPS officers of erstwhile J&K cadre has been posted Director Civil Liaison in the Home Department on his repatriation from the central deputation on ex cadre basis with headquarter at Jammu.
An order issued from the General Administration Department (GAD) reads “Navin Agarwal, IPS(JK:1986), on his repatriation from the Central Deputation, is posted asDirector, Civil Liaison, Home Department on ex-cadre basis,with headquarter at Jammu.It is further ordered that in terms of proviso to sub-rule (2) ofrule 4 of IPS (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the post of Director, Civil Liaison istemporarily upgraded to Level-16 (205400-224400) of Pay Matrix till the same is held by Navin Agarwal, IPS”.
