Doda: To review the physical and financial achievements made under District Capex Budget 2020-21 and to discuss the modalities regarding the preparation of District capex budget 2021-22, the District Development Council (DDC) Chairman, Dhananter Singh Friday convened a meeting with the officers of concerned department here in the conference hall DC office Doda.
DDC Vice-Chairperson Sangeeta Rani, Assistant Commissioner Development, Idrees Lone; all the Members of DDC and other District officers of concerned departments attended the meeting.
The meeting also discussed the formulation of district capex plan for the year 2021-22. A threadbare discussion was held on the plan proposals during which the DDC chairman took a comprehensive review on the progress of various developmental projects undertaken in RDD, Power, Health, ICDS, Education, Jal Shakti Department, PWD, Youth services and Sports department and other sectors.
The chairman directed the officers to expedite the execution of developmental works to achieve targets set under the Capex budget 2021-22, besides ensure E-Tendering, Technical Sanction, AAA, pre and post execution photographs of the approved projects. He also directed to keep in consideration all the requisite health advisories and SOPs and emphasized for accelerating the pace of work so that desired results are achieved within a time bound manner.
