Utilize the work Season efficiently: DC Ang to R&B, PMGSY officers

Anantnag: The Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, Dr. Piyush Singla directed the Engineers of R&B and PMGSY to expedite the pace of work on the projects so the work season will be efficiently utilized for their timely completion.
He passed these directions while chairing a meeting of officers of R&B and PMGSY at Dak Banglow Khannabal here. The meeting was also attended by ADC Gulzar Ahmad Bhat, SDM’s and other concerned officials.
At the outset the DC impressed upon the officers to resolve all issues like court cases, forest cases, ROW’s and contractor issues in a time bound manner. He also stressed on proper coordination with aligned departments like PHE, PDD etc for smooth shifting of utilities besides resolving local issues amicably.
Dr. Singla on the occasion enjoined upon the SDM’s to monitor the work on ongoing projects meticulously and also ensure the roads public works etc which are of vital public importance get immediately projected in plans.
