Mysuru: Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) Working President R Dhruvanaryan on Friday suggested to the government not to home isolate covid patients as it is leading to more infections.
Speaking to newspersons here, he said hire schools and hostels for isolation and have more beds in medical hospitals.
With regard to the ongoing war between Chamarajanagar Deputy Commissioner M R Ravi and Mysuru District Deputy Commissioner Rohini Sinduri, he said both should not cross their limits. If there is anything, they should discuss with the Chief Secretary and should not go to the media to air their views. The whole issue is being probed right now.
On BJP MP Tejsavi Surya exposing the bed scam in the BBMP he said ‘ it shows Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa is not capable. A party MP exposing a major scam is nothing but a shame on the part of the Chief Minister.’
On irregular supply of oxygen from the Centre to the state, he said not a single MP from Karnataka is raising his voice against this. Even when there are so many Covid deaths, no BJP leader is expressing sympathy. No one has spoken anything on Chamarajanagar oxygen tragedy either, he added.
