PHQ promotes 38 ASIs & 15 HCs of Ministerial Cadre, DGP congratulates promotes & their families

Srinagar: The J&K Police Headquarters Jammu has issued promotion orders in respect of 38 Assistant Sub-Inspectors and 15 Head Constables of ministerial cadre to the rank of Sub-Inspectors and Assistant Sub-Inspectors in the said cadre respectively.

A police statement issued on Saturday said “as recommended by the Departmental Promotion Committee and after thorough scrutiny of the service records, promotion in respect of 53 Police personnel to the next rank has been ordered vide PHQ Order No. 1533 of 2021 and 1535 of 2021 dated 01.05.2021”.

Meanwhile DGP Dilbag Singh has congratulated the promoted officers and their families. He has expressed hope that the promotion will serve as an inspiration for the officers to perform their duties in higher ranks with more dedication and zeal.

Those promoted to the rank of Sub-Inspectors include Rajeshwar Singh, Sunayana Gupta, Latief Hussain, Firdous Ahmad, Bharat Rattan, Pawan Singh, Naresh Kumar, Jai Kumar, Rajni Padwal, Narinder Kumar, Mohd Azam, Ramneek Singh, Kamal Kishore, Jaswant Singh, Ajay Singh, Abdul Rouf, Sajad Ahmad, Mohd Irfan, John Muzaffar, Nighat Bashir, Davinder Singh, Showkat Ahmad, Rajesh Kumar, Suresh Chander, Raj Kumar, Kulbeer Singh, Bilal Ahmad Khan, Sunil Dutt, Romi Raina, Javaid Ahmad Mir, Surinder Pandita, Ashok Kumar, Shahnaz Bhat, Manmohan Raina, Ashwani Kumar, Javaid Hamid Sheikh, Vijay Kumar and Tariq Ahmad.

Those promoted to the rank of Assistant Sub-Inspectors include Ajay Kumar Raina, Tanveer Ahmad, Deep Kumar, Farooq Ahmad, Muneer-ul- Hussan, Shahnawaz Ahmad, Showkat Ahmad, Javid Iqbal, Ravinder Kumar, Tarseem Raj, Manjeet Singh, Banty Kumar, Mir Zada Wasim Hussain, Darshan Kumar and Dilbag Singh.
