Kulgam admn holds orientation prog for PRIs on plan formulation

Kulgam: To discuss the modalities for formulation of Development Plans 2021-22 District Administration Kulgam Tuesday organised an orientation program for DDC’s, BDC’s and PRI members here at DC Office Complex.
At the outset of the programme the District Development Commissioner, Dr. Bilal Mohid ud din elaborated the procedures for formulation of robust development plan at Panchayat block and District Level.
Later Joint Director Planning, Mohammad Ashraf apprised these members about various aspects which are imperative for formulation of Developmental plans. He also said plans shall be formulated involving Gram Sabhas.
Members were also informed that youth seeking employment in any panchayat shall be facilitated to obtain financial assistance under various self employment schemes besides high impact works shall be identified and included in the Developmental plans.
