There were two friends in a village a long time ago, where the main income of people was mainly from agriculture. Arham and Nadeem were the best friends from the bery beginning of the school life. Arham was the son of landlord and was brought up in a good family, but Nadeem was the son of a poor farmer whose dinner was dependent on his father’s daily wage. But despite of all these hardships Nadeem was good in studies as compared to Arham. He was adorable to all by his good manners and intelligence. As compared to Nadeem the Arham was living a luxurious life. Every facility was available to him but despite of all these things he was not too much concerned about his future and even was not good in studies. But Nadeem was working hard day and night because he was known to hardships faced in his life, His main aim was to become a doctor to help his family in a financial way as well as to make his dream come true. One day there was an essay competition in the school which was organized by the higher authorities of school. The Arham and other students mentioned their names in that but Nadeem did not want to participate because he thought the other students are from well and rich families and the higher authority will make decisions in favour of them and I will be ignored so better is not participate . As before this an biased incident happened in his life where he was being ignored just because of lower class possession in society. Now as he was full of talent but that incident discouraged him a lot. Now he went back to his home from school and locked himself in his room and was upset .When his father returned from work at night he knocked the door of Nadeem’s room and found Nadeem distressed. He asked Nadeem’ oh! my son’ what happened? Nadeem replied nothing Abbu. Does not want make his father upset more because he was already tired too much by his daily work. But the father asked again with love and affection tells me son what happened? getting more insistence by his father ,then replied there is an essay competition going to be held in a school but I don’t want to participate because the result is before me that I will not be selected because I doesn’t belong to such nominated and rich background.
As in previous competition i was rejected .Then father kissed his forehead and told him story that you know my dear son why the elephant owner tied small rope to the elephants front leg even it is such a huge creature and can break it easily but still can’t. The son replied in a low voice “No I don’t know the father said listen dear when elephants are young and much smaller we use the same small rope to tie them and at that stage it is enough to hold them. And when they grow up they are conditioned and they believe they can’t break this. The son replied in a amazed way that these animals could break free from their bonds but can’t because they believed they could not. Then father replied yes my dear son this is what I want you to remember in your life that like this elephant how many of us go through life hanging onto belief that we can’t do something simply because we fall into the phobia of inferiority complex and we remained unexplored even being such a multi-talented gem. The Nadeem gets motivated by the story and his face was delighted, he promised his father that he will always remember these words and will try to explore his talent. Then after that Nadeem participated in essay competition held in school and he was among the toppers of the school. At the time of Award ceremony Nadeem addressed the whole gathering and told them my dear Brothers and sisters the main thing in our life should be to explore ourselves, rather than making such society made things our weakness. The world will get to know about you by your talent not by your background and will find you wherever you will be. So be yourself you are the Falcon.
