Ramban: Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Ajay Kumar, along with Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajinder Kumar Sharma, Tuesday distributed the fencing sports material kits among four educational institutions.
Cricket Rollers, Cricket Kits, Mat and Roller Handels were also distributed on this occasion.
While speaking on the coassion, District Youth Sports Officer, Subash Chander said that four officials including two males and two females were trained in Fencing by Directorate office Jammu in first phase and now the sports kits were issued to those officials to train students and youth.
The Deputy Commissioner appreciated the department of Youth Services and Sports of district Reasi and directed the officials to take keen interest in training the youngsters amid adherence to covid SoPs. He further said that every student or youth should follow the instructions regarding Covid-19 by wearing face mask, sanitation of hands, maintenance of social distance so that district Reasi will be free from this pandemic disease.
