Srinagar/April,19: Amid improvement in weather in Kashmir the meteorological department has said that rains and thunder showers are expected for some more days till the weekend across Kashmir .
A meteorological department official said “scattered light rain and thundershowers are expected on Tuesday and Wednesday besides widespread rain on April 23 and isolated showers on April 24.” The official said that Srinagar received 9.6mm of rainfall in the last 24 hours till 8:30 a.m., while the summer capital of J&K recorded a low of 7.6°C against 7.8°C on the previous night.
