Srinagar: Parts of Kashmir experienced fresh snowfall while light rainfall was experienced in plains of the Valley on Monday, thus bringing the temperature few notches down across Kashmir. However, the weatherman here has predicted more rains and snow till April 07.
Reports said that several higher reaches in north Kashmir including the world famous ski-resort Gulmarg and Ladakh received fresh snowfall Monday.
The light rains were recorded in plains of the Valley Monday in morning as well as in evening hours.
Weatherman, however, has predicted widespread light to moderate rains and snow across Kashmir in the next two days.
In the weather advisory, the Meteorological department has stated that the wet weather conditions in the next two days may lead to disruption of surface traffic.
